Q: How to replace carbon brushes of SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer Drill?

 

 

A: 1) To begin by removing the housing from the rear handle. And now you have access to the motor brushes.

 

2) Pulling the brush holder away from its housing. And removing the brush from the brush holder. 

 

3) Insert a new brush into the holder and clip it into the place.

 

4) Reinstall the brush holder back to the housing.

 

5) REPEAT this for the other brush.

 

6) Reinstall the housing back onto the rear handle. That’s all finished.
